The Secret



Years ago, a lady met a beggar on her way to work. Sadly, she was down to her last DIME. For straight 4 months, the company owed the peanut she was entitled to as salary.  Meager means of livelihood but she still had to work daily clinging to the hope that she will get something better.

Rushing out, she met this beggar asking for help. “If you can sow into my life now, I would be glad”, she thought. On a second thought, she decided to give him ₦20 but surprisingly, she has spent that too except her Transport fare and launch.

“Sorry man, I don’t have anything for you today.” She said and went on. 
 “Go back and give him that ₦100”, the Spirit of God said loud and.

“No, No, No….. Way God, not this ₦100.” She said. “It’s too big to give out to a beggar and you know it is the last cash for my Launch. Or do you really want me to fry today?”



She shook her head, ignored the voice and went on. Few feet away, the voice came again and again and again until she couldn’t help it anymore.

 So, she went back and placed the ₦100 into the man’s hands thinking, “There my launch goes, Lord.” Looking into the man’s face she saw surprise mingled with great joy and happiness.

“Thank You, Thank you Madam”, he said, God bless you!
 “Well it was worth it, after all, at least I made somebody very happy today, “she said.
A few hours later, she got a call from her sister to meet with a family friend who is in Lagos. Of course, she wasn’t expecting anything but looked forward to the meeting anyway. On arrival, she got a gift of ₦10,000 in an envelope. It was like a dream. It was her turn to laugh. It was as if she got A Million. She finally had a decent launch after all.
₦100 brought about ₦10, 000 IN A DAY!
What the young Lady, did in kindness though grudgingly at first, was actually the key to an instant financial freedom. Sometimes, we struggle with God when it comes to giving especially things we love, believe we need or have so little of.
But trust me, that might just be your seed, don’t eat it. God can give you the spirit to obey and GIVE today if you can only ask Him.
