Can I really do this? Am I good enough? Will this project work out? Can I ever get this job/contract? How would I know the right man?  These and other undisclosed intimate questions have been fighting for a space in my mind lately breeding fear, worry and anxiety. Staying power overcomes misunderstanding and rejection. Sometimes the people you count on to support you will actually try to undercut you.  When God gives you a vision too big for them to handle, they’ll say, ‘You’re getting too big for your boots,’ and then try to cut you down to size - their size! Joseph’s brothers sold him into slavery, then went home and told their father he’d been killed by a wild beast.  Can you imagine how Joseph felt when someone asked, ‘Tell me about your family’?

Peace

                        Scenarios 1: Ayo’s a pregnant mum with 3 kids, juggling 3 jobs and no father in the picture but with perfect peace. Scenario 2: Bella’s the Choir mistress in her church admired by everyone. She has the perfect husband, perfect kids and her dream job-  a project manager in a multinational Stock Broking company which gives her enough at home time with her family. Yet she has no peace whatsoever and highly depressed. By earthly and most likely medical standards Bella shouldn't enjoy inner peace. But perfect peace is not something that is gotten or achieved on the basis how rightly your environment or the people around you treat you. On the contrary perfect peace is only achieved in God.
